      People should be aware that the minimum amount you can invest is $5000, but it's worth it as the rates are very good. There is a good selection of terms, plus if you reinvest you get a bonus .1%.       Full review

      No physical branches or ATMs, however the on-line service is great. Great interest rates, and if you are rolling the term deposit, you get an additional .1% interest. A great service easily and quickly managed from home.       Full review

      I have been banking with ING Direct for many years. It was so easy to set up a Term Deposit online and they have great rates. Also loyalty bonus rates. I also have a Savings Maximiser with ING Direct which makes it very easy to transfer money to and from my Every Day Savingss account. Funds can be transferred to or from my Savings Maximiser overnight whenever I need extra cash in my Retirement Account. By saving with ING Direct I have convenient online banking with the best interest rates onoffer.

      My Term Deposit with ING are so quick and easy - I was able to apply online through my ING Account, with the click of a button, I had transferred from our savings account to our new Term Deposit Account, able to earn a great interest rate on our money at set the length of term that we were happy with. At maturity if we roll over we receive a bonus loyalty interest rate as well. I've found ING to be such a NO FUSS bank, we're so happy with their customer service and products.

      I have been with ING Direct a long time and have several products with them. I have found their service very good and the interest rates very good. Whereas one bank did not give me any interest at all because I have a Centrelink payment, ING Direct gave me the normal interest rate. I also have a Home Loan Product with them and high interest saving account. I have never had a problem with ING over the years and because I do not earn money from a job, they have saved me from debt because of the interest rate given.

There are no fees and IF you wished to draw the money out early you dont actually have to pay them, the percentage just drops a little.

      I have had a very positive experience with ING Direct. So far, they have no fees or charges and their interest rates are consistently higher than other providers. The most positive aspect was that I recently needed access to my term deposit. When it rolled over, I withdrew a reasonable amount of money and in the process, lost very little of the interest rate which I was very suprised and pleased with. I would definitely recommend this bank and its products to anyone.
