      The customer service has been second to none. A number of fraudulent charges were put on to my card and someone called me straight away to advise. They swiftly investigated and kept me up to date on the progress. No cons that I can think of, pros...       Full review 

      The customer service has been second to none. A number of fraudulent charges were put on to my card and someone called me straight away to advise. They swiftly investigated and kept me up to date on the progress. No cons that I can think of, pros include good call centre service and also the very low interest rate, along with no charges when booking Jetstar flights

      Love that I get points towards jetstar flights but the controls around use of those points is a bit too tight so sometime they get wasted as can't always get away within the time period. Happy with general use of the card. Would be good incentiv...       Full review 

      Love that I get points towards jetstar flights but the controls around use of those points is a bit too tight so sometime they get wasted as can't always get away within the time period. Happy with general use of the card. Would be good incentive to stay with them if periodically they had an interest free period or points could be converted to credits on the account. Although Jetstar advertise accommodation on their website, you can't use points for that which would be really good instead of just flights - would probably be cheaper for Jetstar rather than free flights - mind you, the interest I pay would pay for many flights each year so they really don't loose out do they!

      If you love $35 fees, this is your card! Most other cards have ditched these outrageous charges. Payments on cards take 3-5 days to land with terrible slow BPay which is your only real option to put money on card. Flight rewards overly restrictive...       Full review

      Unfortunately they fall down badly with the customer service as it is all over phone and in the Philippines. Since the people do not speak English well, they do not understand your simple requests and requirements and then make mistakes. And this ...       Full review 

      Unfortunately they fall down badly with the customer service as it is all over phone and in the Philippines. Since the people do not speak English well, they do not understand your simple requests and requirements and then make mistakes. And this frustrates you when you have to call them - so very frustrating! So I have moved to another provider for ease of use and for the ability to speak with someone in Australia every time!

      Jetstar low interest credit card is deceptive. They had a promotion that you could have 6 months interest free period on all balance transfers. However at no time did they mention in their promotion that you would void the 55 day interest free per...       Full review 

      Jetstar low interest credit card is deceptive. They had a promotion that you could have 6 months interest free period on all balance transfers. However at no time did they mention in their promotion that you would void the 55 day interest free period. So basically you can transfer money but you shouldn't actually use the card because you will incur interest every day. Furthermore you will continue to incur interest on purchases until you have first paid the interest, then the balance transfer. Not to be trusted!
