      Just Car are fine unless you need to make a claim. They have taken my money happily for the last few years and now that I need to make a claim (first ever and not a fault)they have given me no help and have yelled down the phone at me after I challenged the 4th story they gave me. I will be cancelling my policy if/when this claim is completed.

      Just Cars suprisingly offerred the lowest price comprehensive insurance price for my unique and modified performance vehicle. Very few companies offer insurance for these type of vehicles and I expected that Just Car, being the way it is marketed ...       Full review 

      Just Cars suprisingly offerred the lowest price comprehensive insurance price for my unique and modified performance vehicle. Very few companies offer insurance for these type of vehicles and I expected that Just Car, being the way it is marketed would cover it but have a lower level of "service" than the other insurers. But this is not the case. At this point in time, JC do offer the best options for insurance on (modified)performance vehicles that are actually driven (not once a year type cars). Noting that I am over 30 and the insurances for under 30's for these cars including with JC is a totally different story, very expensive and very restrictive.

      They are always helpful and friendly to deal with. They dont ask a million questions about where the car will be garaged each night etc. They also have given me good deals in the past because I have been a long-time customer.       Full review

      My insurer communicates effectively with me prior to increasing any premiums to give me time to reconsider my membership each year. The one dealing I had with them 6 years ago for an accident was stress-free because of their friendliness and efficiency. that made all the difference when i was so upset because of the accident. their rates have remained competitive despite the changing times. I think consumers should be informed upfront and in plain text of the details of their policy and what exactly they are and are not covered for, especially in view of natural disasters and storm/hail/flood damage etc. prospective clients should also be informed of the cooling off period and their reimbursement options should they wish to change policies midway through a contract. freedom of choice of repairer is also something i appreciate as a person with comprehensive car cover.

      I have found Just Car insurance absolutely brilliant! I am still a younger driver being 25, but Just car insurance have been great, not only with lower than average cost per coverage than other insurers. I have a rating 1 cover with Just Car insurance when because of my age and the vehicle I drive no other car insurer would cover to an agreed value. All in all I have had no negative dealings with Just Car insurance and will continue my coverage with them! I would highly recommend them for both young and older drivers! Sheer excellence!

      We went with just car because we drive an import vehicle and they were half the price of the other insurer that would cover our car. A real hassle though when we made a claim after a traffic accident that wasn't our fault.       Full review
