  I like the ultimate offset account I hold with ME Bank as I can see my mortgage account going down every month. It was easy to set up unlike Commonwealth Bank who wanted me go through my broker to apply for an offset account.       Full review

  I like this product as they are what we used to know as a bank...but the others all forgot. No gumph, no BS about being best for customers before they announce some Gazillion dollar profit.       Full review

  Years ago ME Bank drew in customers with its high interest savings accounts but is no longer a serious player in that market. A recent change in their online banking interface has locked me out completely. And even though I rang to cancel my account they continue to send me paper statements in the mail - no wonder they can't afford to compete!

  Simple savings and investment options that have good returns and easy on-line access. No better or worse at communication or product options than the big banks but the fees are lower and the interest higher. Good for me.       Full review

  I really like this account because the only way to access it is via the internet and transferring money out of it. It helps saving by not having access directly to it via eftpos or debit card.       Full review

ME Bank assisted us to break our contract with The Commonwealth and assist us in all our needs. ME Bank is small, user friendly and cares about its customers. We will never be with a big bank again.   This is an online bank so you have to remember the day before you need your money to allow time for it to transfer to your cash account. Other than that you can connect it to all your relevant debitors for easy payment of bills. You don't get pena...       Full review 

  This is an online bank so you have to remember the day before you need your money to allow time for it to transfer to your cash account. Other than that you can connect it to all your relevant debitors for easy payment of bills. You don't get penalised for taking money out. The staff on the rare occasion - you may need to ring, are very good and SPEAK ENGLISH which is great. I like My ME Bank

  The only major con was the lack ME ATMs, but there are now two in the ACT, so it's better than it was when we originally opened our accounts. The best thing is their customer service and the flexibility of internet use - it's just superb!       Full review

  What I love most about ME is when you exceed your credit card limit, they don't charge you, they don't complain, they pay the bill and know that it will be paid when your next pay comes in. They are anything but greedy- they don't take any chance ...       Full review 

  What I love most about ME is when you exceed your credit card limit, they don't charge you, they don't complain, they pay the bill and know that it will be paid when your next pay comes in. They are anything but greedy- they don't take any chance to take what you have earned but work with you to keep you as a happy customer. Everybody should be with ME- they have values that match yours- be kind, be generous when you need to be and love great communication. It doesn't get better than this. Love ME!!!!
