      Years ago ME Bank drew in customers with its high interest savings accounts but is no longer a serious player in that market. A recent change in their online banking interface has locked me out completely. And even though I rang to cancel my account they continue to send me paper statements in the mail - no wonder they can't afford to compete!

      I really like this account because the only way to access it is via the internet and transferring money out of it. It helps saving by not having access directly to it via eftpos or debit card.       Full review

      This is an online bank so you have to remember the day before you need your money to allow time for it to transfer to your cash account. Other than that you can connect it to all your relevant debitors for easy payment of bills. You don't get pena...       Full review 

      This is an online bank so you have to remember the day before you need your money to allow time for it to transfer to your cash account. Other than that you can connect it to all your relevant debitors for easy payment of bills. You don't get penalised for taking money out. The staff on the rare occasion - you may need to ring, are very good and SPEAK ENGLISH which is great. I like My ME Bank

      The only major con was the lack ME ATMs, but there are now two in the ACT, so it's better than it was when we originally opened our accounts. The best thing is their customer service and the flexibility of internet use - it's just superb!       Full review

      What I love most about ME is when you exceed your credit card limit, they don't charge you, they don't complain, they pay the bill and know that it will be paid when your next pay comes in. They are anything but greedy- they don't take any chance ...       Full review 

      What I love most about ME is when you exceed your credit card limit, they don't charge you, they don't complain, they pay the bill and know that it will be paid when your next pay comes in. They are anything but greedy- they don't take any chance to take what you have earned but work with you to keep you as a happy customer. Everybody should be with ME- they have values that match yours- be kind, be generous when you need to be and love great communication. It doesn't get better than this. Love ME!!!!

      I like this product because interest fees are very good even when you just use it as an everyday account. Fees are kept to a minimum because it is mainly an online bank. It has always been very easy to talk to them to resolve any problems.       Full review

      This bank is fair dinkum about low fees and charges. The interest rates are very competitive. This bank does not have a large amount of branches but has organised other banks so that it's customers can use their ATMs without incurring additional charges. Their website is informative and user friendly. Finally, this bank is a peoples bank. They don't just rabbit on about what they're doing to benefit their customers, they just get on with it.
