NAB has always been a good bank to deal with. Great customer service also.

Have had a NAB QANTAS Signature card for many years and have been satisfied with the product. But, have just read up on changes proposed to earning reward points for purchases paid for through BPAY against a credit card. If I have read what was provided correctly, theses transactions will no longer earn reward points. As these types of transactions are used to pay many household and other bills, believe NAB has significantly devalued the product and missed the mark about why customers have this type of hard. In my case, will have to rethink how I use the card and whether I will keep it.
Great service and points reward card from NAB. Their customer service is excellent as is all online banking and apps.
This is a great low interest credit card. Nab has good customer service. They have always resolved any time I had an issue which was rarely.
Nab card I use had 0% interest on purchases for 20 months. Only downside would be the NAB internet application could be better like the CBA application
I have been with NAB for years. They have generally been pretty good. I feel customer service could improve as we were give wrong information once but a banker which put a bad taste in our mouth but since then it has improved. I feel my money is safe!
