  Credit Card is charged at the highest percentage rate and as far as putting a limit on your credit card, you may as well speak to a brick wall because they allow you to get yourself in trouble and go way over your credit limit without phoning you or writing you a letter.   I am not a fan of any bank. The staff at my local NAB are very good but I think rates could be lower as the financial climate is not good at the moment.. Maybe then they would get more customers and that would help profits.       Full review

  NAB are easy to deal with, they have online services that you don't need a map to find your way around and are happy to help when you ask. They have awesome pink cards if thats what you prefer but on the downside they have paywave which is horrible.       Full review

  The NAB credit Cards have great features and have awesome / compeditive rates however the customer service is distant and does not really care. So great product and below average customer service. Best Shown when in financial hardship. The credit card has a feature to put repayments on hold for 6 months etc. When you call to say you are going to be late to pay, no one lets you know.   i love my bank because I have only been with NAB now for 7 months and they gave me a chance to have a credit card. I did not have any trouble with this as I am only on a pension and i was happy about this as I needed the money to get my car fixed....       Full review 

  i love my bank because I have only been with NAB now for 7 months and they gave me a chance to have a credit card. I did not have any trouble with this as I am only on a pension and i was happy about this as I needed the money to get my car fixed. I also have my debit card with them. The nab are so good with their staff and their customer service. They really know how to look after you no matter if you work or not. And they help you in anyway they can without trying to push you into debt that you cannot repay. They are the best bank I have evey been with and i will stay with the nab forever now. The staff at my bank are so nice to me and always have time to chat about anything I need. i give this bank 10 out of 10

People should be aware I suppose that banks are profit making organisations, and only sign up for credit cards if you can afford it.   The main concern I have with the bank is the delay in serving people at the counter. There is a limit on the amount you can take from the machine, and when you go into the bank the staff are never in a hurry to assist you. Plus you have to be quic...       Full review 

  The main concern I have with the bank is the delay in serving people at the counter. There is a limit on the amount you can take from the machine, and when you go into the bank the staff are never in a hurry to assist you. Plus you have to be quick to take your money from the machine or it just takes it back and you have to make a complaint to the staff.   I personally love this card because even though it shows my card as the low fee MasterCard (which technically it is) I was offered an upgrade to their Platinum MasterCard at no extra cost. They also provide extra service that is included like concierge and a heap of insurance coverages that only platinum card holders can get. The offer is still up someplace on their site to. I got a guaranteed upgrade since I have been with the nab for a very long time. Anyway i can also pay my NAB card at a post office at no extra charge, it's a pretty cool account to have.

I have found that to get a better deal or to seek clarification on any part of their business with which I have an interest is always attended to promptly with expertise and knowledge.   Great Card with a famous and financially strong bank behind them, I have never had any issues or security problems with the card and keep a low limit, just in case. However, the interest rate being charged for money owed was about 19%, but after threatening to leave the bank to another provider, they reduced my interest rate down to 12%... which I thought was marvellous.   NAB has friendly staff, sometimes competitive pricing on their products but also reasonable credit card interest rates. Trying to pay it off each month lessens your interest but they regularly send letters re higher credit card limits which is really unsolicited mail; if I had the option I'd say- I don't want any extra mail as I can look up on the net for any details I might need.   They really have a great team at the NAB. When I had a problem with a missing card they cancelled my missing card and had a new one delivered in 3 days. Also, when I was a victim of an internet scam they refunded the money, no problem.   I believe all banks treat the credit card as a "cash cow". When the Reserve Bank moves the interest rate up, they are very quick to pass the rate rise on. On the other hand, when the official rates come down, they rarely if at all pass on any reduction in the interest rate.
