8I actually found the customer service at the start of the process above and beyond expectation however when it came to the actually face to face BRANCH component it left a bit to be desired. 8In person i have no problems but when it comes to over the phone contact its rare to get someone you understand, and being a personal loan it should be my choice as to when and where the money goes but i had to go out and get invoices for everything i was using the money for before they would issue the money and even then it was all in bank cheques which was a pain in the butt considering it took me a whole day to organise all the invoices and then they can only transfer some of the loan as cash to my account. I'm of the opinion that if you are contracted to pay this money back it is yours to do as you will and not have to go out and purchase everything at once (it was to help purchase all the appliances etc as i was moving out) so all in all i was very unimpressed by the way i had to use the money. – rachael from New South Wales, a NAB personal loan customer. 9We have a great personal banker who always returns our calls and is happy to help with whatever it is we need. For example, pausing the repayments during difficult periods. I feel the interest rates could be a little lower, I notice they go up but rarely go down! 3NAB has been my bank for many years as a Business Bank also as my private bank. I am locked into a home loan and a Personal Loan. If I could get out I would but there are too many things tied together. NAB's fees are very high, no flexibility and very little in the way of customer service. The only thing I like is the fact that I can do all my major banking on line and link my accounts together.
