  Pros: big bank, easy access nationwide. Rates not as lenient as little banks but worth it, and close to small as they can be. There is no real negotiation with people who owe large amounts of money. God forbid you should lose your job while yo...       Full review 

  Pros: big bank, easy access nationwide. Rates not as lenient as little banks but worth it, and close to small as they can be. There is no real negotiation with people who owe large amounts of money. God forbid you should lose your job while your credit card is maxed because the ony solution they can think of is to just angrier at you. How about lowering the repayment and fixing the interest rate upon signting of low income card? Instead I have to waste a community center's time getting legal aid to make it happen. Nab could stand to make so much money from me if they could just negotiate on debts with poor people who have the full intention of paying back if they just call off the dogs and bring in a little reality check.

  The interest rates have risen quickly and disproportionately compared to the Reserve Bank Guide over the last 12 months. I would not have signed up to the mortgage if I'd have known the Bank were going to make decisions like that.       Full review

  I found the NAB savings account great for my needs. I made great return on my money, better than a term deposit and enjoyed the flexibility it offered.   I have a Visa Debit card with my savings account with NAB. It is a great account as there are no monthly account keeping fees and you also get unlimited EFTPOS transactions. Also with their ATM network they are also partnered with Rediteller, so there is almost always an ATM nearby that wont charge you a fee when you use it. There is also an increased daily card limit if you opt for the Visa Debit Card with your account.
