  I just find the lack of compatible teller machines in my area frustrating and then having to pay an extra $2.00 to withdraw when out or going out is pretty annoying and it's not always possible to go to the supermarket to withdraw money, the servi...       Full review 

  I just find the lack of compatible teller machines in my area frustrating and then having to pay an extra $2.00 to withdraw when out or going out is pretty annoying and it's not always possible to go to the supermarket to withdraw money, the service in branches I find to be really good and the staff are always friendly, polite (which I find an absolute necessity to the degree if they weren't I would change bank) and willing to bend over backwards to help in any way

  I find police and nurses to be very reliable. The chat on-line system really works for me and when I have made purchases on the internet that don't seem to be 100% they call me. I am very satisfied with this bank.       Full review

  Charges are way too high, that is the only real problem I have. Internet banking is pretty comprehensive and customer service it pretty great. I like the bank and service and have been with them for a long time but the charges seem to go up all the time, it's getting so you lose money unless you can keep $500 or more in your account and I can't afford that, I don't earn enough to pay the bank a fortune every month.   It is great to deal with a bank that actually has real people who not only answer the phone but call you back as well. Their customer service is above all I have ever experienced with other banks. Their IT dept also has real live people who talk...       Full review 

  It is great to deal with a bank that actually has real people who not only answer the phone but call you back as well. Their customer service is above all I have ever experienced with other banks. Their IT dept also has real live people who talk you through any online problems as soon as u contact them. I still get amazed that after 3yrs with them I can still talk to a "real live person" and not a plastic voice who can't understand my answers then transfers me to customer service who can't help me because its not their area. Police and Nurses are human. Others might advertise they are, but no, they wouldn't have a clue

  P&N gave me all the information I asked for and more. The Debit Card is linked to the bank account for easy use, no more worries about repayments or interest. No netlink fees or customer support fees. There are other 'no fees' benefits. Access to NAB ATM and another that's slipped my mind. I have a separate savings account and investment account with higher interest rates than the bank I had been with for over 30 years. Changed to P&N in 2010, best choice I've made re: banking

  I like PNCS because it was one of the first to have debt credit cards I have had mine since around 1998 it was a great help when we went overseas that year, I also like there opening hrs. and locations of Reditellers.   They are not very flexible especially in this bad economy, their fees for overdrawn accounts are horrific, even being 10$ over will incur a 35 dollar fee plus at the end of the month they will charge you again. branches are in major shopping centr...       Full review
