      As a newly divorced mother of 5, settlement and buying out my ex-husband seemed like a potential nightmare but thanks to the assistance and hard work of Police & Nurses, it was achieved painlessly. I took over the mortgage using a home loan that was tailored to my needs and has allowed me the freedom to allow my children to stay in the family home without stress. Nothing was too much effort for them and they even offered helpful advice with regards to reducing other debts. Love my Police & Nurses!!!!

      They are Western Australia owned bank & they have the lowest fees & charges for any product. their customer service is great & I can call them any time & not eastern standard times. Also I am helping my WA state as well       Full review

      I now have two home loans and a personal loan with PNCS. The first home loan I dealt through a broker so I didnt have much to do with them. The second Home Loan I dealt directly and found the personal service outstanding. I was away on holidays and they sorted evrything out hitch free over the phone with a very friendly manner. They pass on interest rate reductions when the big banks dont or wont. I wouldnt hesitate recommending PNCS to anyone. Thank you PNCS.

      I like Police & Nurses Home loans because they have been simple to acquire the staff were and are still fantastic even after 10 years of having the loan. I used their Settlement Agency as well everything was pretty much taken care of for me. When I returned 5-6 years into my loan to refinance it was done smoothly without any troubles. I love the fact I can make as many payments as I like into my home loan its given me a lot of flexibility with payments. As with any home loan you should always do your research and find out if the product is going to suit you. But thus far I can't fault Police & Nurses on their service when it comes to their home loans. Their rate is usually always lower than the big banks!

      Want to be treated as a valued client, not a statistic? Police and Nurses have a brilliant loans manager who deftly cuts through all the paperwork to deliver an investment loan with the minimum of time and effort - while keeping your money local, in WA. We flirted with other banks (eg Bankwest), but Keith's customer service was so superb, and the others so woeful, that we ran right back to him. Highly recommended.

      I like and dislike some features of this home loan product. What I like is the low interest rate. The feature I don't like is the $5.00 monthly fee charged as I am already paying enough and I automatically have a direct debit each week from my account. After all, this credit union is meant to serve the best interest of the members. This is an unecessary charge I was unaware of until I recieved my first statement.

      This is our third mortgage (on the same house) and we are very happy with this bank. Their rates are very competitive and their customer service is excellent. Online banking is easy and very convenient. They also arranged our insurance (home, content and car) in one easy policy which was also a lot cheaper than our previous insurer, and we have had no complaints with them either. Police and Nurses have been around a long time and we feel very secure that they are safe. The thing I like best is their personal touch. They are local, easy to get to and very easy to talk to.

      Police and Nurses have been quick to pass on interest rate changes but have not passed on the full amount. It seems that with rises the full interest rate amount is passed on but not the interest rate falls.       Full review
