Police and Nurses Credit Union provides personalised, individualised service to its members. Living remotely, I have been able to change to saving plans that best benefit me and my family. Customer service has always been second to none, every time I have had to call to have questions answered. The online banking is easy to use, and telephone banking system also makes it easy for all transactions needed without having a branch in immediate vicinity.

I love the fact that they are Western Australian owned and not profit hungry. I pay no fees except for .75c for online access. They are happy to help in any way they can when I have had a problem with my Visa card attached to my savings account, being used overseas by a scammer. They have made a 'phone call to advise me of the danger of carrying too much money in one account. I could not ask for more. They are wonderful

Although I am not completely satisfied with police and nurses i find they are probably just as efficient as any other bank the staff there are all friendly and helpful but i do find there fees to be rather high and interest rates are pretty low (not that i have a great deal of money in my accound apart from on pay day) i do know that if i were to come into a great deal of money i would be checking my options elsewhere

PNCS have always made us feel like part of the family and not just a number, we have a number of accounts with them and the suitability and flexibility of their products is second to none. I spent 15 years in the Financial Sector and no other Financial institution offers the service and range that Police and Nurses does. I have and do recommend them to everyone.

We joined Police and Nurses when they opened their Rockingham Branch approximately 15 years ago. The account is so versatile, it includes a cheque account, a credit card, normal savings account and Internet Banking. The best part is the personal service we receive at any Branch we visit, it is remarkable, there is rarely a waiting time and you can choose to have your discussions in private. As aged pensioners we pay no fees or charges for our account, it is really fantastic and we recommend it to anybody!! Thanks for the opportunity to tell you about it, would live a new computer to work on.

I got married and they wouldn't accept my Wedding Certificate as proof of new name. They wanted me to go and pay $85 for a Certificate of Marriage (?) to prove that I was married and so I now have an account there in my previous name. I went to three other banks and they would have accepted my Wedding Certificate as proof of change of name. PNCS were very unmoving and so I have had to start another account with the ANZ who are BRILLIANT just so that I don't have to go through the thired degree when I bank a cheque in my NEW name.

The customer service is absolutely fantastic - In my 10 years I have never had a problem with them. They are always so helpful and their computer systems are so well maintained; ive never had an issue with not recieving my pay on time or not being able to access my money. If any hiccups or system changes are going to be made, customers are sent a letter and notified by email well in advance. Highly reccomended.

not so many frills but as it is a ''mutual bank/credit union'' the profits mostly stay with the bank with flow on benefits to members. Well, that's the idea, anyway. I like the idea of a more community minded banking system and try to avoid the big well known banks that seem to be interested only in obscenely huge profits no matter what the human/social cost.The staff at P&N have always been efficient and very helpful.Con:other products such as car insurance maybe don't compare so well with the big insurance companies.
