Good safe banking, staff are always helpful and friendly. Have been with them for many years. Have had the opportunity to change many times but when you are looked after and feel that you are valued as a good customer, that is priceless and hard to get in these times.

Fees are much lower than big banks. They always treat me like a person, not just another customer. Very proactive. Lots of well located ATM's. Not a lot of nearby branches, but easy access to ATM's, phone banking, and internet banking.

I have been with them customer for 22 years for a reason: they have the best customer service by phone and the easiest online banking experience. No monthly account keeping fees, multiple online account options to link to the Everyday Transaction Account and they give me access to fee free Rediteller ATM. All these factors make for a stress free and convenient banking product. The availability to pay by Osko fast payment from my account is my favourite feature since it lets me pay into any account instantly. Thank you Police Bank!
