Police Credit has no fees making my banking needs very affordable. If I have any issues I can call them up and they are always very friendly and helpful. Police credit also offers free seminars which inform you of topics such as investment property and retirement funds which do advertise their product but are not pushed upon you. I am very satisfied with Police Credit as my main financial institution.

Using a PC Visa Debit Card, Is not hard, Accepted at Eftpos outlets and Visa ATMs, in Australia and worldwide, safely. No credit card debts you see, 'Cos it only uses YOUR available money! Although the PC Credit Union Bank and ATMs aren't handy, It's Westpac affiliated, so then your ATM transaction CAN be free! Remember, There are many other benefits of being a Police Credit Union member, Including lower fees!

Recently while my husband was deployed overseas, his visa card had cancelled access. I rang the Police Co-op they supplied me with a reason immediately. As my husband was not able to phone a 13 number they gave him a direct number to call. He phoned them and they organised for his card to be corrected with new details without hassle. The customer service they provide is second to none. Always helpful and willing to provide personal assistance.

YesThis product is accepted internationally and I have not found a retailer that does not accept this card. It is fee-free normally and when used at a Wales ATM it does not attract the $2 other-bank usage fee. Full review

the convenience of using a card anywhere, just a phone call to get every question answered without long holding times, staff are always friendly and willing to help with enquiries the only thing I find a nuisance is I have tried to withdraw money from my card at westpac bank branches, and they refuse to do it, even though the credit union is affiliated with this bank. You can always get balance and transactions from your account, with just a phone call excellent banking experience overall 98/100

They have good and competitive rates on savings accounts but it's hard to get into a branch seeing as there are only 3 or 4 in Victoria, they don't have ATMs and you can't check your balance on an ATM unless you make a withdrawal. There are too many terms and conditions compared to other banks. Phone support is only available Monday to Friday 9 - 5, or else you have to speak to a robot. You can only change your pin at the branch not at an ATM. The staff on the phone or in person arent all that friendly.
