Police Credit has no fees making my banking needs very affordable. If I have any issues I can call them up and they are always very friendly and helpful. Police credit also offers free seminars which inform you of topics such as investment property and retirement funds which do advertise their product but are not pushed upon you. I am very satisfied with Police Credit as my main financial institution.

Car loan was great. When I applied for it over the phone, it was made easy and had no problems at all. The funds were available straight away. Very quick service. The staff are always nice and polite on the phone and can understand them fully. Communication skills are excellent. I compare this with the ANZ bank and I think the smaller banks are alot more personal than the larger banks. Your not just a number with Police Credit. The only downfall is there are only a few actual branches in Melbourne.

I asked for a home loan by the phone and it was set up for me with only one visit to sign the paper work, and they rang me to let me know it had been approved. No Fuss No Bother and always notified of any increases or decreases right away. I have been with the PC union for about 16 to 18 years now and could not speak more highly of them, they are always very polite and very help full. Something the big banks should take note of.

The only negative is the branch locality - the lack of local branches. In all the many years I have had dealings with Police Credit I have never had a bad experience.
