      I find the customer service to be good and their products competitive with the larger banks. Improvements can be made to the automation of their online services including the reduction of paper work which they require to do transactions that the larger banks would allow you do digitally and instantly via a banking website.

      I used to be with Westpac and see a huge difference going to a smaller credit union. The service is better, it is more personal and they have contacted me on more than one occasion to make sure all is okay with both my car loan and savings account...       Full review 

      I used to be with Westpac and see a huge difference going to a smaller credit union. The service is better, it is more personal and they have contacted me on more than one occasion to make sure all is okay with both my car loan and savings account. And I can use any ATM any not get charged for it (unless I go over $75 in atm fees a month which I never do).

      Beats any bank I've ever dealt with hands down. You can ring and actually talk to a person. They can also be contacted via email and they respond promptly - not via a standard email/message. I will never bank with a bank again. It's the credit ...       Full review

      Worknig for Qantas this is a very convenient institution for me. Their fees are low, but unfortunately there are limited branches, however I can use giro post at any post office to make cash deposits. My only gripe is that their internet bankin...       Full review 

      Worknig for Qantas this is a very convenient institution for me. Their fees are low, but unfortunately there are limited branches, however I can use giro post at any post office to make cash deposits. My only gripe is that their internet banking on mobiles does not have a dedicated app for my iphone.

      They offer a $25 allowance before any ATM or bank fees are charged. When I previously made a complaint about fees, they contacted me personally and within 24 hours. Overall I think they listen and customer service is good. Minimal fees too which...       Full review

      Compared to the big major banks now Qantas Credit union is losing big time. I get charged every time I use my card and every month have to pay an excess transaction fee. Not happy! Spoke to someone on the phone about it a couple of days ago - the reply was "Couldn't care less!" They need to be become more competitive, drop the ATM and cheque fees, and only then would people be a lot happier.

      Very few QANTAS Credit Union ATM's available to use but $50 free transaction limit when using other banks ATM's ... so this cost is absorbed by the Credit Union. No hidden fees or charges!       Full review
