      QSCU products are awesome, thats if you are part of the airline industry. I have a credit card, debit card and had a previous loan with them also. They do offer competitive interest rates that are usualy a percent or 2 below your everyday bank. ...       Full review 

      QSCU products are awesome, thats if you are part of the airline industry. I have a credit card, debit card and had a previous loan with them also. They do offer competitive interest rates that are usualy a percent or 2 below your everyday bank. No annual or monthly fees. As they do not have any atm's you get a $25 credit per month to cover the fees of using other banks atms anywhere in the world. Extremely useful as I travel internationaly every week. Easy to navigate online banking page with responses to queries/questions answered within 24hrs, (weekdays) They are excellent with the security of your card and call to query any suspecious transactions. Very friendly and knowledgable staff over the phone, answered calls usualy within 1 min. The only thing I have an issue with is the contact centre is only open 830am 5pm weekdays, apart from if your credit card has been stolen or lost which is 24/7hr contactability. The locations of the bank can prove challenging for some as they only have banks located in Sydney mascot area or Brisbane near the airport that im awear of. So for intitial set up this can be a hassle for some, how ever once you are set up its worth it.

They have competitive rates and i am happy with their customer service as the service centres are small and personal.

You can withdraw money from Westpac and St George with no charge. You have one hundred dollars worth of free eftpos transactions. And you only need one dollar in the connected account to receive 4.8%.

I'm changing to ANZ as they are only $6 per month for unlimited transactions & branches are actually everywhere rather than only a couple of branches in Sydney like Qantas staff credit union!
