  The card gives you the advantage of a rewards program, a Qantas Frequent Flyer membership for free which is normally $79 and No Annual Fees for the first 12 Months. There is also an Introductory Rate of 4.99% and Balance transfers for the first 5 ...       Full review 

  The card gives you the advantage of a rewards program, a Qantas Frequent Flyer membership for free which is normally $79 and No Annual Fees for the first 12 Months. There is also an Introductory Rate of 4.99% and Balance transfers for the first 5 months. You can earn up to 30,000 Bonus Frequent Flyer Points buy just making one purchase every month for 5 months, which is not hard to do and an easy way to get points to fly. There is 24/7 Concierge with a dedicated 1300 number and also Complimentary Overseas Travel Insurance for overseas travel which does cover when an Airline ceases to operate in comparison to many travel insurance policies you pay a lot of money for. i.e the recent people stranded due to Air Australia going under would have been covered because if a Service is not delivered by the card you get a refund. Hope this is helpful to others as I see the card has many assets even if you are not a big spender, just an ordinary worker like myself.

  In a modern day where flexibility seems to have been forgotten, QSCU is king. This loan has no establishment fees, no account keeping fees, and best of all, there is no fee to pay out the loan early. All you do is pay off the loan, and the interest. You don't pay the bank for the privilege of your business. It is honest, transparent and simple. I cannot recommend this loan highly enough.

  We refinanced to this product to keep all our banking needs with the one institution, who've been stellar in their service and commitment to our needs. Everything we wanted in a loan, we got with this. PROS * an existing account can become your offset account, so your savings automatically contribute to reducing your interest (and the usual monthly/fortnightly debits towards paying off the mortgage, come out of the same account). * redraw any time you want (not that you likely need it, considering the above), via secure email from within the online banking site. * the interest rate was very competitive compared to our previous provider, and whilst there are cheaper options, none are from as trusted or strong an institution. * you can pay extra into the mortgage as well (beyond the extra 'safety net' of the always-available offset account) just as a further redundancy. * having over $10k saved with the institution results in them covering up to $100 of ATM service fees per month, more than enough for most people (and the use of St George or Westpac ATMs are free of service fee) * all of the above is fee free, as is the account in general. CONS The only negatives I can see with this product are more with the institution in general * only have 4 branches - Mascot, Hurstville, Sydney CBD, and Miranda - however our needs for in-person banking have been so few and far between that these have been more than sufficient. * membership conditions require you to be QANTAS staff, or family member of same.
