      i love queenslanders credit union. the staff know my voice and if they don't they are as friendly as my friends or family... even if i want to ask for a loan (haha). the service is excellent and i wouldn't bank anywhere else.. thank you.       Full review

      The staff at QCU offer a personalised service that cant be matched by any bank. THey really get to know you. The only problem is that there are hardly any branches or ATMs outside the CBD.       Full review

      Changed to a credit union after many years of being abused by the big banks. Pros - great service, nice people. Cons - basic savings products, user pays system so if a high transaction user it will get expensive on fees.       Full review

      It comes with a free VISA debit card facility. If you use "credit" option instead of "savings" when purchasing, you are free from any fees associated with eftpos limits. The staff give you a personalised service. The only problem is their internet...       Full review

I like and appreciate that they actually listen and try to assist when you have a complaint (politely presented).

      I guess the only reason I joined Queenslanders Credit Union was because of the convenience because it is so close to my place of residence. However, they did not offer a cheap account for my teenage daughter starting out. And they don't have very ...       Full review 

      I guess the only reason I joined Queenslanders Credit Union was because of the convenience because it is so close to my place of residence. However, they did not offer a cheap account for my teenage daughter starting out. And they don't have very many ATM machines so it costs $2 every time you need to get money out.

      Although being a member of the Queenslanders Credit Union reduces fees, if you want a secure online device (pin generator) it costs you a monthly fee, which HSBC does not charge for. If you have a direct debit which you may have forgotten about an...       Full review 

      Although being a member of the Queenslanders Credit Union reduces fees, if you want a secure online device (pin generator) it costs you a monthly fee, which HSBC does not charge for. If you have a direct debit which you may have forgotten about and your account has just under the amount (last time it was less than $3 overdrawn) they charge you a $20 overdraft fee to pay the direct debit..which is steep when I was only out by under $3 and in my linked account had more than enough to cover it so they could have moved the amount across. Also if you go into the branch they charge teller assisted transaction fees.
