Finally a bank who listens, agrees that the banks already take enough money from the customers without adding ridiculous charges and actually passes on interest rate rises to the customer. I like my savings account at RaboPlus because of its online services. It's no hassle to go to the branch, and there are no paper statements which i like because its safe for environment. I am very impressed with the rates offered on both Savings and Term Deposit accounts. RaboPlus's Digipass device for logging on to the banking site is second to none. It gives me absolute confidence that all the levels of security must make RaboPlus the Number One bank for online accounts. Whenever I need help, I am able to phone and speak immediately with a real person NOT an annoying computer. They are always courteous and very helpful. My final word is that the "Big 4" banks could learn a lot from RaboPlus. I love my RaboPlus account. It's a high interest online saver that actually helps me to save money (because it's not easy to log in to internet banking using their digipass system) so it forces me to leave the money alone as long as possible. Although it may sound like the digipass is a negative thing, it does mean that I know my bank account is very secure. Plus there are a bunch of other account options that I am investigating like managed funds, premium savers and term deposits.
