      It is so great having Suncorp car insurance. Their prices and service is to a very high standard. When with Suncorp monthly insurance on your car is cheaper than any other insureance company I have ever been with. Also because of their friendly attitude towards customers it makes applying for insurance actually enjoyable. For these reasons and many more I would absolutely recommend Suncorp Car Insurance to everyone who is thinking about insuring their car.

      This was by far the easiest, most competitive and customer-service orientated product I have ever purchased! I cannot think of one con as there are only pro's. From first point of contact/enquiry to completion was easy, straight forward and so well explained that I knew exactly what I was buying. Being a customer of Suncorps', I was at first hesitant to go through a bank then once I compared lenders, I went immediately back to Suncorp and was THRILLED at the ease of the entire process and most especially the online accessibility to see exactly where my loan is at including interest charged. I feel more in control rather than needing to call a customer service rep.

      Practical loan, though the interest rate is bit high. I can pay it off as quickly as I want and thereby save interest by shortening the term of the loan. Straightforward approval process. No negatives of which I am aware.       Full review

      It had a no pay out option within the first two years and a non-variable interest rate, but this is now an old product. I would still recommend the bank as they are very accommodating and the customer service was great.       Full review

      tried to do it over the phone due to work but when we went in to sign told not to do that ever again and were given different info and a higher interest rate. we even didnt sign all the papers we had to go in another day to sign ones they forgot t...       Full review

      Now that car loan processing at Suncorp is done offshore your local branch manager has little influence over your loan process. I found the process very draining and no commonsense was applied at all.       Full review
