  A special interest rate was offered if I was to buy a vehicle less than five years old. My loans manager fully explained all the benefits of a newer vehicle purchase in terms of eg: resale value, should I need or want to upgrade further. The bank would view this favourably and essentially this was a sensible choice, as I drive luxuriously in my Holden Adventra, flexible repayments, great fixed rate, a car loan to suit everyone.

  Calm, warming and understanding voices on the other end of the phone line especially starts the attitude from the customer from the beginning. This has been my experiences for many years. My questions have been answered without hesitation, their product knowledge is exceptional, and the times I was struggling, they had a helpful answer for me. I'm happy, and that's what counts.   We took out this loan to consolidate some debts, so as to enable us to put some funds aside each pay day toward a home deposit. The application interview and process were fairly straightforward, although the attempts to sell us further products were somewhat annoying - and although we said at the time that we were not interested in life insurance, we received a follow-up call, again trying to sell, a month or so later. Our home deposit is looking a lot healthier than it would have otherwise done, and the loan amount is decreasing nicely, all via automated payments that take care of themselves.

  Like a lot of people these days we do not have a lot of money. I do feel the personal loans could have a longer period of borrowing time 5 years can make it a very expensive a month payment.       Full review

  I had to get a personal loan to purchase a car. They talked me into taking out my car Insurance with them also but later when i shopped around i found that the insurance payment was far more expensive then other Insurance companies.       Full review

  The customer service has gone down hill. I have paid off a loan with suncorp recently 2 years earlier than the due date.   We had all our loans & insurance with them and when we went to ask for a personal loan it was treated like it was all too hard and there was no support or options for us. Since we transferred our home loan we have been treated like strangers.       Full review
