  I visited a Branch in Ballina, NSW and the staff there were extremely helpful. They informed me of products that I was entitled to and ensured that I had taken up these choices. I had prior to that been to several Branches in Queensland and no one had EVER informed me of the availability of these products. On discussion with the staff member in Ballina I was informed that this was a common occurrance. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ballina NSW Branch, though I cannot say the same about Branches in Queensland. The staff in Queensland, in most cases, come across and very arrogant and won't listen to information offered or requests for information. Ballina NSW is the only Branch I would recommend to everyone.

  Suncorp banking care, I feel I have a personal relationship with all the bank assistants. They are always eager to assist with any questions in relation to our 55 Plus Account or the Clear Options Credit card account and most understanding when it come to the complex subject of our 4 different insurances. It is great to talk to a real person when a problem arises. 100% top marks to Suncorp, we will never change banks again. When you're on a good thing stick to it!

  When deciding who to conduct business with in such competitive market as banking, one requires a business to have outstanding features that you will benefit from. It's not so much about the interest rates to me, but more so the commitment to ensure the customer needs are satisfied above and beyond all else. It's the pleasant nature of the staff, as well as the colours of the office that make banking with Suncorp a worthwhile shopping experience.

  My opinion is that fees need to be more easily explained not everyone is an accountant so when statements arrive they need to be set out in a way that we understand were and why those funds and fees are added or taken, but as far as Internet and phone banking goes suncorp has been so easy and straight forward I love it.   This Suncorp account has the best interest rate around! There is no access except via Internet and sometimes I experience issues with long transfer times (a few days) between this account and my everyday card account. This said, I love how much in...       Full review 

  This Suncorp account has the best interest rate around! There is no access except via Internet and sometimes I experience issues with long transfer times (a few days) between this account and my everyday card account. This said, I love how much interest I earn every month and the easy option to put some money away in a high-paying term deposit. The user interface is not anything wonderful, but it is consistent and I have never had an issue. All in all, I am incredibly happy with this product.

  This is THE account for the everyday struggling person or family. I was earning a few cents interest, but paying up to $10-$20 per month in fees!
