      I trust Suncorp but think they could offer better rates of interest on their investment accounts. They contacted me personally to see if I want to re-invest which is great. They change staff at my local branch far too often for my liking as you build up a rapport and then the person transfers out. I like continuity I guess. Overall they are a wonderful bank and I have all my insurance with them. They have the best car & home insurance policies in my opinion.

      Been a customer for 30 years, wouldn't even entertain a 1/4% match on a term deposit I had so I withdrew the lot, closed all my accounts with them and moved to Heritage, Suncorp didn't even ask why??       Full review

The friendly and helpful staff at various SUNCORP branches always makes me feel great, even if i'm handing over 'bill money'! The banking fee's are so small- i do not notice them. Very happy coustomer.

      I have been with Suncorp for 25 years and have consistently found the staff friendly and helpful Their products are of a high standard. I have several types of insurance, several types of accounts, investments, debit cards and a term deposit with them. I have never considered changing to another financial institution. My only complaint is that they do not have enough branches or ATM's.

      Without any warning this branch closed its doors in our town and the nearest branches are 2 hours drive. To close the account one has to drive 2 hours or to deposit any cheques (which is still the preferred payment of many country people).       Full review
