      Teachers Credit Union's savings accounts are the best. I have had low fees, easy and secure online banking, Phone banking is quick and easy, in person the staff are readily available to assist any questions you may have, they offer free popper...       Full review 

      Teachers Credit Union's savings accounts are the best. I have had low fees, easy and secure online banking, Phone banking is quick and easy, in person the staff are readily available to assist any questions you may have, they offer free poppers to all members and guests! Love this bank and so have all friends and family

      I love my bank. If my account is low and there are direct debits they call to see if money can be deposited so I avoid overdraft fees. Any security issues they call me. Any correspondence they call. If I need to speak to them they are always helpf...       Full review

      Fees are kept to a minimum and the customer is extremely well looked after. They offer all the products of a normal bank and more, like a car finding facility. The only negative is that there are only two physical branches and both are in Sydney, ...       Full review 

      Fees are kept to a minimum and the customer is extremely well looked after. They offer all the products of a normal bank and more, like a car finding facility. The only negative is that there are only two physical branches and both are in Sydney, which makes card replacement difficult for country members, but other services can be utilised through the NAB.

      High fees, charges and interest rates. Non competitive with other banks in this area. Have stuck with them because it is SUCH a hassle moving all personal banking like direct debits etc to a better deal. Very ordinary.       Full review

      Phone service is great, very little time on hold, I like having unlimited transactions, the only difficulty is there are no physical branches near me, it can be a little complicated if you need to deposit a cheque.       Full review

      I've been with Teacher's credit union for a few years now, the interest in the savings account is extremely competitive, as well as their rates for loans, credit cards etc. The customer service has been excellent and while there aren't many branch...       Full review 

      I've been with Teacher's credit union for a few years now, the interest in the savings account is extremely competitive, as well as their rates for loans, credit cards etc. The customer service has been excellent and while there aren't many branches almost everything can be done online. I'm really happy to be banking with them.

      The accounts are fine but the charges are not. The fact that their are only 2 Teachers' Credit Unions within NSW makes it extremely difficult to access a branch especially as they are not nearby.       Full review
