  I have used the same my Visa/Debit card for almost 18 years. The product is very flexible in how I manage the card & repayments. I am able to link it with other accounts also. VTCU staff have always be easy to contact & more helpful than any other banking institution. Online help is easy to use also. I have & had other accounts at the "big 4 banks" and maybe they have cheaper CCs for an initial period of time but do not offer the flexibility of VTCU cards.

  While the product itself is comparable with the better range of mortgage loans; good rate, flexibility, security, etcetera, it is outstanding for the following reasons: There is easily understood documentation outlining features, terms and conditions.   We have been with them for over 30 years and they have not missd a beat. My sons are members, my in-laws were members, my parents were with them. I would not choose anything else. And it is FEE FREE banking! What more could you have! We live in...       Full review 

  We have been with them for over 30 years and they have not missd a beat. My sons are members, my in-laws were members, my parents were with them. I would not choose anything else. And it is FEE FREE banking! What more could you have! We live in NSW and we have no problems with communications or money withdrawals. Even living overseas for 10 years was easy banking with them....ANother bonus for internet banking and convenience and of course always the most friendly of telephone services and help if required. The VTCU has looked after us for 3 decades and we sincerely hope they will stride for another 3 decades or more.
