  The personal service is excellent. A real person to call on a direct line not a stupid call centre overseas where you are on hold for hours. The premiums are better than all others and believe me, I did my homework on this. I certainly would recom...       Full review

  I signed up with Zac and that was by far the best customer service experience I have EVER had!! He was FANTASTIC!! When I had to make a claim, it was solved quickly with no fuss or complications and they sent me a little suprise condolence gift in...       Full review

  Performed online quote and due to currently being overseas had an email conversation with a salesperson. After a couple of emails back and forth I was advised their company policy meant I could only be helped further by having a recorded phone conversation. Obviously I'm not going to spend a fortune on an international call just to work out a quote. Online quote requires SMS code which is inconvenient; follow up phone call after internet quote is unwelcome, there should be an option to select IF you want a call; company was unwilling to deal with me exclusively over email unlike most companies - if a company can't deal with me over email alone they are not worth being a customer of.
