  I can't say I've been the whole journey with Youi, as I've never made a claim with them. In terms of buying a policy with them, the excellent customer service I have nothing but praise for them. Their premiums are competitive along with the option...       Full review

  Like for the pricing. Call back for making quote. Very short to the point questions. Done in a very short time. Brochure small to the point no bla bla easy to understand, bravo! Dislike: I asked three times and did get confirmed that I could have a hired car for 14 days, and not have to give it back within that time to find, (in case of irreparable) a new car. As I read the brochure sent to me afterwards, this is not the case. When you get a payout (fast) they want the rental car back immediately that's impossible if you don't have a second car on hand. I can't rate the last five questions yet and hope I never have too.

  Youi are great!!! They have my car covered when others wouldn't because of its capabilities. When we were involved in a car accident (that wasn't our fault.) They were fantastic. They were quick to get it sorted and kept me informed of the progres...       Full review 

  Youi are great!!! They have my car covered when others wouldn't because of its capabilities. When we were involved in a car accident (that wasn't our fault.) They were fantastic. They were quick to get it sorted and kept me informed of the progress of repairs. They even arranged for my car to be delivered to my door which was 400kms from were it was getting fixed.
