The banking system is prominent to those who are willing to study learn the inner workings of its structure then most importantly, execute. Banks are just businesses like any other and should be treated as such.
Eh, it's an okay bank all in all. Don't particularly like it but don't hate it either.

Branch service is very slow. I went to the branch re a scam on my online banking and the customer service told me to press accept, this caused my account to be scammed
We love ANZ and they have been so helpful! They are always there to help via phone, chat or in person. They are user freindly and the app is easy to use and track your money.
I don’t like the idea of making an appointment to speak to someone regarding investing money
Banking with ANZ has been very easy for me. I met with a bank manager years ago and set up 3 separate accounts, a savings, spendings and online saver. I was directed how to use each of these to ensure the best interest rates. I have, over the years, incurred extra $ because I know how to use my accounts. Online banking is easy to use with all information at the ready. Customer service has been exceptional. Especially one time my money started disappearing after someone had hacked my account. Funds were returned quicklly. Very positive experience with ANZ.
I have been with ANZ for about 16 years now and I have never had any issues with them. I have even been offered a lone with them without even asking for one. I pay $6 a month on bank fees witch I don't even notice.. any money that has to go into my account goes in without any hustle or even if I have to deposit out
The ANZ have great interest rates for term deposit accounts.It is easy to use online and very convenient.They have a wide range accounts to choose from.If you need advice they are very helpful over the phone.
ANZ banking app is slow and looks old fashion compared to the website, I think the app can do with an upgrade and better features.
Its just a Bank that works for the share holders not the people providing money for those share holders etc. Do your research if you want to keep your money safe.
I like the bank because of their mobile app interface, it's really easy to use and can easily navigate between accounts. I don't really like that a lot of the information is hidden / not easy to find, such as interest rates and payments. I also struggle with finding atm's around my area, especially ones that work with mobile phone. ANZ seem to be on the cusp of innovation but not quite there yet.
