  They always try to help in any way possible. Even call to let you know when you overdraw or any unusable draws on your accounts. They try so hard to make sure you're happy with their service. Great to do business with bankmecu.       Full review

  The on-line and telephone service is great. However, I live on the Sunshine Coast, so the nearest branch in Brisbane is rather a long way to go. I can make payments in at the post office, but there's quite a long time to clear funds - five busines...       Full review

  I don't like this product because their fees for using the ATM and using a debit card for shopping are excessive. The Commonwealth Bank charges no fees for these transactions.       Full review
