I love my ANZ debit card and my ability to purchase things on the internet with the safeguard of knowing that no one can steal my credit / money as they could with a credit card.

8I recently opened the new Orange account at ING direct. I previously had a savings maximizer with them that I hadn't used for a few years and didn't know my username and password etc. One phone call and I was able to receive my info after a few questions. I was only put on hold for a few seconds all up and my call was virtually answered straight away. I thought this was fantastic customer service as most times when you ring banks it takes many minutes just to get your call answered. I received my new visa card within 4 days, which was very quick. I also find ING's internet banking very easy to use. I am very happy with ING Direct. The Orange account has no monthly fees and there are various ways you can save on ATM fees. – Kerri from Queensland, an ING DIRECT debit card customer. Reviewed 9 days ago
