      Prior to the knowledge that I suffer Acute Depression and an extreme rare Cancer in my white blood cells the people with this bank in Toowoomba are fantastic. I am always treated with RESPECT and DIGNITY ALONG with EVERYONE's FRIENDLY NATURE. I dId become very confused at times and as the treasurer and volunteer at the Depression Support Network nothing, and I do mean nothing is too much much trouble for theses people.. They give me all the time and understanding I need. This is old fashioned service at it's best. I hope and pray that it stays that way, I would recommend ANZ to anyone, any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

      The competency of the tellers at newmarket ANZ are the worst I have encountered. The fees charged are far too high. I also closed the account twice, yet I still owe them 1 cent. A cheque from the housing commission office was lost in the system as...       Full review

      I love ANZ... I have always felt they have been extremely helpful and when I go into an ANZ branch I am greeted with warm smiles and helped straight away. I am also very pleased with the amount of ANZ ATMs as they are available in almost every suburb or can be accessed by other ATMs. I am also happy with the interest and other things that ANZ offers. As well as the free piggy banks when you sign up! I will definitely stay with ANZ my whole life.
