They make it extremely difficult to refinance. You cannot get 3 month transaction reports from them without paying a bunch of additional money. So basically the accounts they set up have less than no functionality!

Horrible experience. I originally got pre-approval for a 65% LTV mortgage from Mortgage Ezy, two months prior to signing my property purchase contract. Mortgage Ezy could not settle on time - they could not even provide a final loan approval, or even an indication of when final approval could be achieved, by the end of my settlement period. I have a stable income working at a major hospital. Settlement was due on a Monday. I was frantically calling my mortgage broker and lender the week before settlement, asking for when I could expect final approval. I was never given an answer until the Friday right before settlement - I was told I could expect final approval either on the Friday or the coming Monday (settlement date). They didn't end up providing final approval until the Wednesday. I had already signed up with another lender by then - I made a loan application with them in desperation on the Friday and they only took 2 business days to give me final mortgage approval (on the Tuesday). I gave Mortgage Ezy all the time in the world and they could not deliver even a final approval. I've had to pay more than $2,000 in penalty fees for settlement extension and had a very stressful few weeks due to engaging with Mortgage "Not Ezy".

Customer service is simple with online communication and request was granted. On a negative the rate is not competitive with the RBA rate. And administration fee increases are also a negative.
I obtained a Self Managed Super Funds home loan with Mortgage Ezy. At the time of obtaining it they had the highest rate in the market. Due to the lack of bank lending, the monopoly has been created here to private lenders such as Mortgage Ezy. And guess what? They just raised the interest rate even more, from 5.9% to almost 6.10% pa. This is how they take advantage of people like me to maximise their profit. Not to mention their sloppy customer service. Can’t wait to move to another lender. Think again!
I would recommend this company to all. Really good products and rates. I've received great customer service since refinancing through Mortgage Ezy.
My loan went through with Mortgage Ezy about a three weeks ago, I must say I am extremely happy, rates are still unmatched, features are great, I moved from CBA and now they have just put their rates up so I am glad that I did, I called mortgage Ezy and they have no intention of following the rate rise. Best move I ever made.
I don't hesitate to recommend Mortgage Ezy as they sorted a home loan solution based upon my needs. Whenever I've had to contact them my questions are always answered promptly. Personally, I would much rather receive a lower interest rate than pay overhead for "big-bank" branches. No branch, no worries as they are always just a phone call away.
A rate under the Basic Loan I was going to try with all the bells and whistles I was hoping for. I like the No Interest Visa for cash as I get no charges of interest or fees which is pretty awesome but it's more like a debit card than a credit card. If your purchase is more than 1000 dollars you need credit in the loan.
I got a fair low rate . Great customer communication . Very happy .
Lowest rates I could find and pretty ok to deal with. I liked the gift they sent, never had a bank do that before.
