      Changing to this home loan was a hassle from word go and continues to be difficult as now they are not taking new customers so when I contact their customer service which is the same as ANZ's - their parent company, they don't even know what I'm talking about and that I'm a one direct customer. As soon as my fixed portion comes out I will be looking around for a better option.

      They have a very low interest rate and no fees. However they are now run by ANZ, which means we can't refinance at that rate. Last time I tried to contact them I rang the number on their website and had to be transferred 3 times before someone c...       Full review

Last time I tried to contact them I rang the number on their website and had to be transferred 3 times before someone could help me. It's like I am a forgotten customer now that they are not opening new accounts.

      This is a great product in terms of no fees and an incredibly competitive interest rate. However it is essentially an internet based product so service is fairly dismal as is the fact that there are no running balances on internet banking!       Full review

      One Direct are good people, but are very busy and can be difficult to get hold of. Many phone calls go to voice mail and no reply. The home loan interest rate was good when I applied, but not as good now.       Full review

      The best home loan in the market, cheap interest rate, good customer service. The only drawback is that they don't offer an off set account so there is an hassle of transferring money into the saving bank account every month.       Full review
