Terms of Use – Ratings and Reviews

If you write and submit a review, you agree that:

• You are a customer of the relevant institution you are reviewing, and that your review is an accurate reflection of your experience as a customer
• You have no direct interest in the institution you are reviewing, such as employees, service providers and significant shareholders, or their immediate families.
• You have not used a fake email address, you are not impersonating or being misleading regarding your association with a person or entity or misleading regarding the origin of the content
• the content posted by you is not defamatory, does not contain offensive or threatening language, does not infringe any intellectual property rights, is not invasive of privacy, does not contain any unsolicited advertising or promotions, is not illegal and does not contain any viruses or corrupted data.

• You own or otherwise control all of the intellectual property rights to the content and that your posting of the content does not violate these Terms or any intellectual property rights.
• By posting content you grant to Mozo a royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, create derivative works from, communicate to the public, or use for any purpose your content in any form or media. You waive any moral rights that you may have in that content. You warrant that you have the authority to grant this right to Mozo.

Mozo has reserved the right to remove content for any reason. Mozo takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. You agree to indemnify Mozo for any loss or damage arising as a result of your breach of these terms.

All content on the Ratings and Reviews system represents the opinions of the person submitting the content and not that of Mozo and as such you should not rely on the advice contained in the postings. Mozo does not endorse any of the opinions expressed by content providers or vouch for its accuracy.
