I actually don't mind using this bank but of course it comes with good and bad outcomes eventually... I don't ever have problems with sending money and receiving money... just sometimes random subscriptions and whatnot always take my money and I have to put my password in 3 times before it logs me into my account, aswell as that I have recently just tried disputing some of the unknown transactions that were made but am still waiting since two days ago!

From my previous visits to Wetspac whether it is in regards to my accounts or any bank enquiries, the staff have always been very friendly and informative and show they genuinely want to help. They ensure my needs were met and that I had good understanding without feeling too overwhelmed. Compared to other banks, I have had the best service from Westpac teams
Having great difficulties with them can't get the fraud on my account and looks like thier insurance is not worth thier word and seemly allow it to happen

One of the biggest reasons I dislike my bank is that the branch locations are not accessible, it's hard to find a bank location these days. I also don't think my westpac account does a whole lot for me, no decent saving options and the price for a regular account isn't great.
Banked with westpac for 40 years never had one bad complaint interest rates are alot cheaper and better then any other bank, they are friendly and polite great customer service and always have great deals going, I would definitely recommend my family and friends to westpac bank
Westpac has always been a combination of a handy & trustworthy work. I’ve been in to the branches before and the friendly service and ease and next to perfect. The app which is what most people use these days is flawless and super straight forward to use. I’ve never had any issues with them at all

I have always had all personal and business accounts through Westpac. I’ve always felt like a priority when phoning through customer service or in person in the local branch. Online services are very simple to use and clear to understand.
Overall, I would say being a member/customer with Westpac has been beneficial. I have been a long term member for 10+ years. Being with Westpac, I was able to begin with a children's account, avoiding high unnecessary fees and have continued as a member since. I had also used a student savings account while studying in the past. Westpac are consistent with the times and in ensuring member satisfaction is at its highest. They also offer many account options that are suitable for all types of people, regardless of specific account needs, without all the expensive deposit expectations etc.
