      Pension account pays 3% (as per government deeming), the service is awesome in branch and internet banking is easy. Now we can make withdrawals from Westpac ATMs without fees it is so convenient. Altogether a pleasure to do business with.       Full review

      I have been a customer of Wide Bay for approximately 35 years and have always found their staff friendly and helpful with any queries you may have. No task is too small or too large, they will give the time required to the satisfaction of the client. They are also willing to call back to respond to a question if they do not have the answer at their fingertips, and always return the call on the same business day as requested and have never not followed through on an action. Have on occasions called as a follow up to see if satisfied the product purchased.

      I have virtually no complaints with this bank, the ladies at Noosa Civic W/B are a credit to their profession, they always greet you with a smile and even know my name. They are extremely helpful in all matters and go out off their way to help with any enquiry. The fee's and interests are competitive. I would highly recommend this Bank to anyone, just on it's good old aussie customer service alone.

      At the start they were great. However, when I did all the right things to stop them taking my rent out, they still did not. I had moved so I no longer needed them to take my rent out, and I had signed the paper work. Then they said they would not...       Full review 

      At the start they were great. However, when I did all the right things to stop them taking my rent out, they still did not. I had moved so I no longer needed them to take my rent out, and I had signed the paper work. Then they said they would not make me pay for my mistake and that I should be more careful next time. It was their mistake and they couldn't say a simple sorry. That is all it would have taken. I do not like this bank much and I will be changing banks and will never use them again.
