  We really like this product it has a redraw facility which has come in handy for us more than once. The loans officer and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.       Full review

  I like Widebay as they are always there if you have a concern. Even when everything is ok you will get a phone call just to check if everything is going ok and if they could be of assistance. Easy to understand and talk to. A+ for my vote       Full review

  You are not treated as a number, but a important person giving you confidence. I was sick and unable to work to pay the mortgage for awhile. They helped me where I was not threatened of loosing the house and now I am back on track. I can ring at a...       Full review 

  You are not treated as a number, but a important person giving you confidence. I was sick and unable to work to pay the mortgage for awhile. They helped me where I was not threatened of loosing the house and now I am back on track. I can ring at any time to speak to the manager, and if he is not available he always returns my calls and answers the questions. They have the attitude that you can contact them anytime with any question and they will help as much as they can.

  I applied for a home loan with a 30K deposit and only a car loan of 16K. I was interviewed by a male loan office who was rather old. When he found I was applying for the home loan as a single woman he told me to pay off my car first then see him in a year. I earn a very good wage. I then applied at Commonwealth and was able to borrow what I needed and have been making extra payments on my monthly payments.   We have the loan as part of a package through our financial adviser. I know of loans that offer a better interest rate as part of a package. Their internet banking is very good with lots of information in regards to the loans that we have, Have ...       Full review

  The only bank that would lend money for someone of my age(52) - no one else would give me a go. Yes, it's a 25 year loan and I will have to sell, but at least we have something that is all ours.       Full review
