  These days one must be very careful and chary of the main banks and their products and self interest, not really caring for their customers,. wide Bay is excellent. We always feel that our needs and wants are in secure hands, and that we are being looked after and valued as a customer. We will always stay with a bank or building society which cares for its staff, people, products and customers. I can always see the bank manager in person or speak to him on the phone very promptly. He is always willing to help with any problems he can and always has excellent advice.   They're flexible and call up when a cheque is presented without enough funds - the customer service level provides you with a phone call to enable you time to deposit funds and stop the cheque from being dishonored - something I do not know if any...       Full review

  I have always had accounts with the Wide Bay as I worked there when I was young. So I an account there that I bank for our holidays so I don't touch it. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to.       Full review
