Travelled overseas had my credit cards stolen, contacted bank within 10 minutes advised. took them 5 weeks to send 7 cards to my address in Sydney when I was travelling in Europe after giving them my hotels addresses, the 7th card arrived in sydney on my return and it still didnt work.

*Awesome Customer Service with emphasis on me the customer.
*Product interest rates were very competitive.
*Great services, online and Mobile Application.
*Most other banks didn't give us a chance because we were just 'average' - Thankyou BOQ.
*Have not had a sinlge problem. Everytime I call to organise or change something they accommodate me.
*Thankyou BOQ, Branch Belconnen! I still get top notch customer service even though I am in a different state.

The Greater is always ready to help. The Loans Manager is a very agreeable and polite person. Within the years that we've been with the Greater (got our first home loan through them), we have had a few home loans approved and managed by them. At the present we are in our third house loan with them. There are also a few pro's like the attachment of a savings account to the loan which you don't get charged interest on and can have as many efpos transactions with no interest or charges. The interest rate is extremely competitive.

The $2 surcharge every time you use another ATM is over the top. NAB ATM machines are often not working or not convenient so I spend so much time running around trying to find one. I might as well just pay the $2.

They will never offer their 'best' rates first up. As we negotiate from different ends of the spectrum the bank try to seize the initiative in the negotiations and only want to match the rate offered by the other three 'big' banks. Never cave in to this and remember in any negotiations the person that enters it with the highest expectation usually wins.
