I like the product because I found it easy to sign up to and the questions weren't difficult to answer. The pros of going with this product is the good prices. It's also easy to negotiate the ANZ website and I found the people at the physical branches helpful, as well as friendly. The con of going with this product is the personal questions that are asked if you forget your password. They are not specified when you sign up for the product. I had no idea what the answers to the questions were and was not allowed to ask for help from my mother, who had been with me when I signed up in the first place.

Ripped us off on a business terminal for purchases (ATM ) didn't work properly so we sent it back, 6 months later we got an invoice which would be automatically deducted within 30 days for water damage to the terminal, which is wrong... Full review
