        Bankwest is an awful bank. i applied for a loan with bankwest as i have been with then since i was 6yrs old i thought that they would look after me. I was given the great news that my loan had been approved and that I would have the money transfer...       Full review 

        Bankwest is an awful bank. i applied for a loan with bankwest as i have been with then since i was 6yrs old i thought that they would look after me. I was given the great news that my loan had been approved and that I would have the money transfered directly to my account within 48hrs. 4 days later i was still waiting for the money, i tried many, many times to contact the man who was handling my loan without any luck i ended up calling the head office and was then informed that my loan had been rejected and they had forgotten to let me know!!!!

        Great customer services, they are open long hours like retail stores so can do my banking after work. Very convenient as its in the shopping mall. The staff are always helpful and happy to help out.       Full review
