7Initially loved them for no fees, now get charged at most ATMs other than Westpac and St George. Trying to get a bank cheque is hard as there is only two branches in Sydney CBD. – Rosemary from New South Wales, a Citibank savings account customer. Reviewed 2 months ago

2The account is fee free and the online banking works well for us however there is no access to branches where we live (or most of Australia really!) and depositing cheques is hard when the cheque is in both our names as the Post Office won't accept it and it needs to me mailed in. Also, the customer service is not good - we both had problems recently with new ATM cards not arriving before the old ones expired and then the call centre not activating them for use correctly, leaving us unable to access our money until several phone calls later. A great service until you need to do something outside of internet banking! – Naomi from Queensland, a Citibank savings account customer. Reviewed 2 months ago
