        I have shares with this bank they have just changed how you access the account. I've had no luck yet in seeing my account. i can't get in. Iv'e called several times and still have the same problem. I have 380 shares missing and they told me to rin...       Full review 

        I have shares with this bank they have just changed how you access the account. I've had no luck yet in seeing my account. i can't get in. Iv'e called several times and still have the same problem. I have 380 shares missing and they told me to ring the company. They don't know what's happened. To palm me off is not acceptable at all. If my shares are there, where are the rest? Not to happy with this operation from the commonwealth bank
