| Fees are high, even though many fees have been dropped across the sector recently. Monthly fees are charged on my account, although I opened this account with the promise of no monthly fees for 12 months. I have requested the incorrect fees be refunded three times and this has not yet been done. Therefore I am not at all confident of this bank in meeting my needs nor am I confident they honour commitments. Reviewed about 3 hours ago |
