Unfortunately, there's not a lot to be said. It's a savings account. No real rewards or additional features but the net banking service is easy to operate. Also, ATMs are everywhere and if not a Commonwealth Bank one there are no additional charges for using a competitors ATM. So, overall a relatively standard product with a relatively standard service.

I handled the task with so much ease it frightened me did not know if I had become an overnight geek or computer genius. So thank you Commonwealth bank for making this service applicable no matter what your age.

I have been with Commonwealth Bank for over 10 years now never had any problems. If I needed support customer service was always there, I always received the exact help that I needed. I had two accounts with Commonwealth, one of them was my award savings account the rates were good and I had cash flowing in on top of the saving money that I put in. I would personally recommend Commonwealth Bank for everybody specially for the people that are trying to save money and still make some on top of that.

Netbank Saver is outstanding in terms of the interest rate offered and ease of banking and I am very happy with the level of service I receive from CBA on a day-to-day basis. I commend CBA on the continual improvements made to Netbank in recent times and the excellent assistance from staff that I receive by phone or at the local branch. No question is ever too difficult and my banking queries are always dealt with promptly and professionally. I really do feel that CBA has stepped up to the plate in the last few years in particular. For example, I have personally received excellent one-on-one advice from staff regarding the types of savings accounts/plans that would best suit me based on my financial circumstances (as well as paying off my credit card!). Today's society is often hell bent on criticising the "Big 4", however I cannot fault CBA. What stands out in my mind was that I was able to fulfil my dream of travelling overseas thanks to the Netbank Saver account; something I didn't think would be possible after some health problems and large medical bills that had accumulated in the preceeding years before my trip. I also had to look at my spending habits and it was a CBA rep who helped me work out how to maximise the funds from my fortnightly salary. I am a long-time account holder and I have had all types of banking needs taken care of extremely efficiently. From having lost/stolen card matters dealt with to setting up travel cards to opening new accounts for myself and family members that I have referred, everything has been taken care of smoothly. As Treasurer/Head Coach for a community club for many years, I also had absolutely no issues banking with CBA. Ts&Cs are always well stipulated (I used to receive updates by mail with my statements but everything is comprehensive online now). Netbank has evolved to the point where everything I need to know about my Netbank Saver activity (and my related accounts) is at my fingertips. Transaction history, scheduled transfers, updates on how to maximise my savings (ie. minimum amount to be invested monthly to receive bonus interest) is all there in black and white online - straightforward, no jargon. I honestly cannot think of a "con" that people need to be aware of, CBA's product offering is varied and can be tailored to individual needs and the Netbank Saver is competitive and a straightforward solution to saving. I can strike a balance between having access to funds if I need them or leaving my savings to grow to their maximum potential. I'm not the world's greatest saver at the moment as I'm currently on maternity leave but the world is my oyster once I re-enter the workforce and I am committed to a long-term savings plan for mine and my family's future. Well done, CBA. I can testify that you "CAN DO" what I need and ask of you.
