It's a great service but I was convinced into having life insurance and house insurance and the lady i spoke to over the phone didn't explain the product very well and just put me on the highest insurance. I ended up cancelling because it was just... Full review
It's a great service but I was convinced into having life insurance and house insurance and the lady i spoke to over the phone didn't explain the product very well and just put me on the highest insurance. I ended up cancelling because it was just way to much. When i went into the branch, a staff member explained that there was a much cheaper one but after being taken advantage of the first time, i would never get life insurance with them again because it just seemed like all they wanted was my money.

The Commonwealth Bank is amazing. I just went into my local branch this morning and the customer service staff were excellent and assisted me with all my accounts and provided me with advice on saving money for the future. The netbank saver account is competitive and it's the best in the market for online savings accounts. It's a awesome account that provides high interest rates for online users. Highly recommended.

This account is great because you can only access it online and so it's a great way to save money but if you need the money you can just transfer it to your normal savings account. It also has a good interest rate. Full review

I also like this account as you can not access it at shops etc, so you are not tempted to buy unnecessary items, good saver account.
