Overall Fantastic: I love that you can open so many accounts within a membership and that transfers between those accounts and to other members don't attract any fees. The web site is great and the new iPhone app is okay but can be a little hard to mover around in (I seem to log out off it all the time when trying to go back to home!). The only complaint I have is the fee structure. Given an "allowance" for fees per month depending on your balance and there are 2 problems with this - 1. direct debit & b-pay are not included even though they are also a fee. 2. the allowance is also very small considering how many fees there are and how much they are per transaction. But overall I don't think I would move.
