Heritage Building Society have provided me with a simple, straight forward everyday account that I have now recommended to friends and family. It's easy to access via online banking which is where I do all my banking. Heritage have recently updated their site but I feel it's still pretty much like their old site. I believe they need to simplify the site a lot as well as adding functions adding or closing accounts.
