Not only does this bank only have 1 branch in the whole state of Victoria(!!!), but ever since they merged with some other bank and have grown in size, they have been charging their customers for just about every task or service you can imagine! For example, monthly transaction fees,debit card fees,etc,etc. And to top it all off you get an arrogant cold response when you want to talk about the fees and charges !!! – george from Victoria, an IMB savings account customer.
