        At the moment Rabo has a deal which offers a very good interest rate on their HISA until the end of June. I used to have money in the premium saver but that required some sort of gymnastics of making sure the balance was $200 more by the end of the month to qualify for the higher interest rate otherwise it was an average interest for the whole month. This HISA is easy as there is nothing to qualify but applies to amounts up to $250 000 anything over that will be at a lower interest rate (their normal HISA rate). I do like the way to move money from Rabo which is with this little calculator-like device which means you don't have to have access to a cell phone and it's very safe. I believe it can be used even from overseas which is great if you travel as I do.

        They "guaranteed" a certain rate and then went back on their word which was annoying, but even with the reduced rate they are still competitive. No branch or atms to go to but ok for a secondary account.       Full review

        RaboDirect started my partner and I off so easily to saving for our first home. Applying was easy and if we needed to speak with someone (not a computer) it was very quick and a great interest rate was also enticing. The security is fantastic with a remote calculator, and you must utilise this to be able to log into your account. Not many cons at all. We have experienced a great service from Rabo Direct.
