        This bank make me feel that I am among friends, close friends. The staff go out of their way to help you and explain everything in detail. Good interest rates and no account keeping fees makes you trust them showing that they are not in for the money but to give back to their customers as an appreciation for their loyalty. It is not just the customer services which counts but what the bank is doing for you as a customer. You can have a very good customer service but if what is on offer is not good you go somewhere else.

        Love this Sub-account that they have. It makes saving up for different things so much easier. I can set up different sub-accounts for the different purposes. eg, travel, christmas, etc. With this sub-account I can also open up flexi rates under...       Full review 

        Love this Sub-account that they have. It makes saving up for different things so much easier. I can set up different sub-accounts for the different purposes. eg, travel, christmas, etc. With this sub-account I can also open up flexi rates under each sub-account. Flexi rates are like term deposits with higher interests than sub-accounts. The only difference is that I'm not locked in for the period of deposit that I chose. I can cancel the flexi rate at any point and still receive a por-rata of the interests.
