The Manager Kerry and her staff are always so helpful. Recently I had to open an account for my bed riden brother, Kerry went the extra mile in actually going to his home to identify him and meet him so he could put a face to the name. My brother was so very gratefull that this was done for hime and couldn't thank Kerry enough. I to was gratefull that Kerry was able to do this for us as we have banked with Suncorp Ballina for many years.We were then able to open this account for my brother without any further issues. It is a wonderful product and easy to use. Thank you Suncorp Ballina.

I like Suncorp Internet Banking account because it is reliable and it's easy to make put your money into another account if you have the phone internet app. I have now moved my Everyday Basics to Suncorp as well! The only downside I would say is that they now only have internet savings accounts and not other savings accounts! Other then that their service is impeccable and never disappoints.

Suncorp Bank has amazing customers service at all stages. I've been banking with them for most of my life and they have never been anything but utterly helpful at every stage. They have always explained things clearly and patiently, and I've always felt like a valued customer who's worth their time, despite my youth. I have a student account with Suncorp which means I pay no fees and charges whatsoever - really all I can ask for! I've always still received the absolute best service despite holding a student account and not paying them any fees on this. It means no interest on your main savings account, but it's really simple to open a sub-account to earn interest and manage it through internet banking. There are no rewards programs or any bonuses like that, but I was also able to get a Visa Debit card for free and then upgrade to Paywave for free, which is really helpful. Their internet banking service is excellent, with downtime and errors extremely rare, and everything is very simple to navigate and operate. They've also recently created an iPhone app for internet banking in addition to their mobile site, which is very very helpful and further demonstrates their commitments to customer service. Overall, highly recommended! :D
