The customer service at Newcastle Permanent is second to none. There are plentiful customer service people meaning you don't have to wait long. Many of their products and accounts are free of charges. Their online saving account is the best product I have found for saving quickly, efficiently and fairly. No penalty for withdrawing money, 5% daily interest paid monthly and no account keeping fees. You can't beat that!
