        Since moving our account from a larger bank to a smaller, community bank, the difference in customer service, ease of transactions, minimal fees, variety of options. I have been with larger banks all my banking life, but since being with my current banking institution I will never go back. I am committed to my current bank and would recommend them with high distinction.

        Since they have changed names from Mackay Permanent to Wide Bay, their intrest is high and they have charges for everything. As this is my son's account and he is trying to save money to move out of home, he is finding it very hard.       Full review
